Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Stellode (“Stellode”, “we”, “us”). By accessing stellode.fun, creating an account, connecting a GPU, calling our API, or otherwise using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Stellode is an open network for AI compute. It routes inference requests for open models across independent, community-operated GPU nodes instead of a centralized data center. The service includes:

• Chat and creation products that run open-model inference over the network;
• A developer API for building applications on network compute;
• Earning tools that let GPU owners serve inference and earn from real network demand; and
• Network economics, including the network token, staking, and the network treasury.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter into contracts to use the service. You may not use the service if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where use of the service is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions administered by any applicable authority.

Some features require an account, a connected wallet, or both. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, keys, and wallet. Activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. We never have custody of your private keys and cannot recover them for you. Notify us promptly at hello@stellode.fun if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

If you connect a GPU or run a node, you represent that you own the hardware or have the right to use it for this purpose, and that your participation complies with your local laws, your electricity arrangements, and any terms that apply to your device or network.

• Earnings accrue only for verified work actually served to the network, at rates that vary with real network demand. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, utilization, or uptime.
• Payouts are made in the assets and on the schedule described in the product at the time of the work. Amounts shown before settlement are estimates.
• Providing compute does not make you our employee, agent, partner, or franchisee. You are an independent participant in an open network.
• We may suspend or disqualify nodes that misreport work, manipulate utilization, or otherwise attempt to defraud the network.

API access is subject to published rate limits, pricing, and documentation. You may not resell raw network access in a way that conceals the end user from us, circumvent metering, or use the API to build a service that violates the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for content your application submits to the network and for complying with laws that apply to your application and its users.

The network's economics involve digital assets, including the network token, staking rewards, and treasury mechanisms such as supply burns. Digital assets are volatile and can lose all value. Nothing on Stellode is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks, for the security of your wallet, and for any taxes arising from your activity. On-chain transactions are irreversible; we cannot undo them.

Network usage may carry fees, which are displayed before you incur them. Blockchain transaction fees are set by the relevant network, not by us. We may change fees prospectively; changes do not apply retroactively to work already performed.

You retain ownership of the prompts, inputs, and outputs of your use of the service (“Content”), to the extent permitted by law. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service — to route, process, and return your Content across the network. We do not use your Content to train models without your explicit consent. You are responsible for your Content and must have the rights needed to submit it.

The Stellode name, the Stellode mark, the site, and our software are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain ours. Open-source components and open models available through the network are governed by their own licenses. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks.

Use of the service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no unlawful use, no abuse of the network or other participants, no attempts to defraud the compute-verification or reward mechanisms, and no interference with the operation of the service.

The service interoperates with third parties we do not control — blockchains, wallets, model authors, and independent node operators. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Inference is executed on hardware operated by independent providers; while responses are verified by the network, we do not control individual nodes.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that model outputs will be accurate or fit for any purpose, or that earnings or rewards will meet any expectation. Model outputs are generated by machine-learning systems and may be wrong; do not rely on them without independent verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost digital-asset value, arising from or related to the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose and (b) one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access — including node participation and API access — if you breach these Terms, create risk for the network or other users, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 7, 9, 10, and 13–15) survive.

We may update these Terms as the network evolves. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice — for example on the site or via your account. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
