1. Overview
This policy explains what Stellode (“Stellode”, “we”) collects, why, and what control you have over it. It covers the stellode.fun website, chat and creation products, the developer API, and node/earning tools. Our starting position is simple: we collect the minimum needed to run an open, verifiable compute network, and we do not sell your personal data.
2. What we collect
Account data. If you create an account: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers. If you connect a wallet: your public wallet address. We never see or store private keys.
Inference content. Prompts and inputs you submit, and the outputs returned, are processed in order to serve your request across the network (see section 4).
Node telemetry. If you provide compute: hardware model, driver and runtime versions, utilization, latency, uptime, and the network information (including IP address) needed to route work to your node and verify it was done.
Usage and device data. Logs of interactions with the service — pages visited, API endpoints called, timestamps, approximate region derived from IP, browser and device type — used for security, debugging, and capacity planning.
3. How we use data
- To operate the service: routing requests, verifying compute, settling earnings, and displaying network statistics;
- To secure the network: detecting fraud, sybil attacks, misreported work, and abuse of the API or products;
- To improve the service: aggregate, de-identified analytics on performance and reliability;
- To communicate with you about the service, security, and changes to terms or policies;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Inference content on an open network
Your requests are served by independent GPU nodes. Requests are routed with the minimum context needed to execute them, and node operators are contractually and technically restricted from retaining or inspecting request content beyond what execution requires. Content is retained only as long as needed to serve the request, verify the work, and provide features you use (such as chat history tied to your account, which you can delete).
We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models without your explicit consent.
5. On-chain data
Wallet addresses, staking positions, payouts, and treasury operations occur on public blockchains. On-chain data is public by design, permanent, and outside our control. Think of your wallet address as pseudonymous, not anonymous.
6. Sharing
We share data only with:
- Node operators — the request content required to execute work you initiate, as described in section 4;
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, and communications vendors bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements;
- Legal authorities — when required by valid legal process, and we will notify you unless prohibited;
- A successor entity — in a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, under this same policy.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session integrity, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Your browser's controls let you clear or block cookies; blocking essential cookies may break sign-in.
8. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Inference content is retained only per section 4. Node telemetry and logs are kept for the period needed for verification, fraud prevention, and payout disputes, then deleted or de-identified. You can request deletion at any time (section 10); note that on-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, and network-level verification of compute. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by law. You are responsible for securing your own wallet and credentials.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise them, email privacy@stellode.fun. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
11. International transfers
Stellode is a globally distributed network; data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers of personal data.
12. Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above. For material changes we will provide additional notice on the site or by email.
