Legal
Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to everything you do on Stellode — the chat and creation products, the developer API, and participation as a GPU provider or staker. It is part of our Terms of Service. Where a rule mentions “content”, it covers prompts, inputs, outputs, and anything your applications submit to the network.
2. Illegal activity
Do not use the service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Create, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material — this is reported to the relevant authorities without exception;
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or the purchase or sale of illegal goods;
- Infringe others' intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
3. Harmful content and misuse of models
Do not use network inference to:
- Generate malware, or content that provides material assistance in carrying out cyberattacks against systems you are not authorized to test;
- Harass, threaten, or incite violence against individuals or groups;
- Generate non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors in any form;
- Deceive people at scale — including spam, coordinated disinformation, or impersonation of real people or organizations without disclosure;
- Make consequential automated decisions about people (credit, employment, housing, medical, legal) without qualified human review.
4. Network integrity
The network only works if compute and rewards are honest. Do not:
- Misreport work, fake utilization, replay results, or otherwise claim rewards for compute that was not actually served;
- Run sybil operations — many identities pretending to be independent nodes — to manipulate routing, rewards, or governance;
- Manipulate, or attempt to manipulate, verification mechanisms, network statistics, or the treasury and burn mechanisms;
- Intercept, retain, or inspect other users' request content beyond what executing assigned work requires.
5. Service integrity
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without prior written authorization — see section 7 for responsible disclosure;
- Do not circumvent rate limits, metering, or access controls, or share API keys to evade limits;
- Do not interfere with the service's operation — including denial-of-service attacks, resource abuse, or introducing malicious code;
- Do not scrape the service in a way that degrades it for others.
6. Developer responsibilities
If you build on the API, you are responsible for your application's compliance with this policy, including moderating end-user inputs where your application exposes network inference to third parties. You must not present network outputs as human-generated where that would mislead, and you must comply with disclosure laws that apply to AI-generated content in your market.
7. Security research
We welcome good-faith security research. Report vulnerabilities to security@stellode.fun and give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure. Good-faith research conducted under this section — without harming users, degrading the network, or accessing others' data — will not be treated as a violation of this policy.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action: warning, throttling, content removal, suspension of accounts or API keys, disqualification of nodes and forfeiture of unsettled rewards obtained through fraud, and termination. Where the law requires it, we report violations to authorities. If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, contact hello@stellode.fun.
9. Changes
As the network and the law evolve, this policy will too. The current version always lives at this page, with the date above.
